军标（箭头）图形

该库主要用于生成箭头图形（特殊标绘），比攻击箭头，嵌箭头等，纯JS实现，结果是图形顶点的经纬度数组，可适用于任何GIS框架，如Cesium.jS,Openlayers,Leaflet,MapBox等。
