Define a enviroment variable GATSBY_MAILCHIMP_LIST_ENDPOINT = Your-Mailchimp-List-Endpoint-Url

Or

Define mailchimpListEndpoint: Your-Mailchimp-List-Endpoint-Url option into plugins options section
