Build Status

The official Unicode ldml-JSON files are provided. They define standardised format descriptors to display times, dates, currencies, etc., using the Unicode standard. Unicode JSON files provide formatting rules for calendars, dates, currencies and other information.

The Unicode JSON files are big. Use json-locale to generate filtered, smaller JSON files.

  • generate fewer files, for specific locales
  • generate smaller locale-files with filtered content
  • generate files around the ISO 639-1 or 639-2 format

'639-2'		 '639-2' or '639-1'. "639-2" is three-letter language format (ex, 'eng' or 'spa'). "639-1" is two-letter language format (ex, 'en' or 'es').
localeFilter
all items		 by default, all json-locale files will generate all possible locale files. localeFilter may be defined as an array of values or a string of comma-separated values. When defined, only locale files corresponding to the given values are generated.
