NodeBB Plugin Topic Tags

NodeBB plugin to add tags to new topics based on words in topic title.

If tags are already specified on topic creation then the plugin does not do anything.

Installation

* Install this plugin using the "Plugins" page in NodeBB ACP
* Activate the plugin
* Restart NodeBB
