🧙‍♀️ The light and tree-shakable animation library

We know that there are already really good and reliable animation libraries out there, retta is here as a more opinionated and modern option with the goal of covering only composite properties and provide a tree-shakable exposed interface.

The name of the library is in honour of Retta Scott, the first female to receive credit as an animator in a Walt Disney Animation Studios film.
