Node.js - sky-env

Conveniently access to information in the sky/ folder.

Why?

A convenience library to access configuration, data, and themes in the sky/ folder. Will track Sky releases. i.e. Sky v0.4.0 will be compatible with Sky-Env v0.4.0 and vice versa.
