Markdown macro for Teal
This teal add-on provides a macro that renders markdown text.
Note: Since macros are evaluated at compile-time, it can only be used to render static text. This has the advantage that it can be used regardless of the

md macro takes two arguments. The first is the markdown string to be rendered,
the second, optional argument specifies the folder in which the
.tl files for the various
tags can be found. The path is relative to the directory in which the macro is executed and
