</script>

As plugin

import {createApp} from 'vue';
import VueFlatPickr from 'vue-flatpickr-component';
import 'flatpickr/dist/flatpickr.css';
// Your app initialization logic goes here
const app = createApp().mount('#app')
app.use(VueFlatPickr);

This will register a global component <flat-pickr>
