This is a temporary fork
不要轻易修改这个文件夹的内容，它是对 gatsby-plugin-mdx 的 fork，修复了热更新时不更新 scope 的问题，等到这个 pr 被合并了就可以用回原生的 gatsby-plugin-mdx。
