Create your styled component:

import styled from 'vue-emotion'

const Button = styled('button')`
  font-size: 15px;
`

const PinkButton = styled(Button)`
  color: pink
`

new Vue({
  render() {
    return (
      <div>
        <Button>normal button</Button>
        <PinkButton>pink button</PinkButton>
      </div>
    )
  }
})
