版本说明： 1.0.0 初始版本。 1.0.1 将传入的参数从UTF8转换为多字节编码，解决中文乱码。 1.0.2 修改返回值乱码问题。 1.0.3 将1.0.1和1.0.2中解决乱码的去掉，因为厂家已经支持编码设置。 1.0.4 1.0.3作废，因为根据厂家编码设置无法解决乱码，代码中需要将UTF8转为acsll
