Small fixes for SEO for Nodebb

The plugin intends to add widgets and utilities to enhance the seo of the NodeBB forums.

This is not a complete seo solution though and adds tweaks here or there. Here is the list of tweaks supported till now: A widget to add topic last updated date on the topic view page.
