Use this tool to publish PINF JavaScript Bundles to GitHub Pages.

Any portable bundle may be published.

Examples:

• ./demo/ -> pinf-to.github.io/pinf-to-github-pages
• github.com/fireconsole/harviewer -> fireconsole.github.io/harviewer
• github.com/fireconsole/widget.console -> fireconsole.github.io/widget.console
